These Terms govern your access to and use of the BuildForge website at build-forge.org and any digital products sold by BuildForge through our storefront on whop.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from the Site.

3. Products

BuildForge sells digital educational products (online courses, downloadable PDFs, templates). Product descriptions and pricing are shown on the corresponding course page.

4. Orders and payment

All payments are processed by whop.com as merchant of record. Prices are shown in EUR, USD, GBP or CAD. Applicable taxes are calculated by whop.com based on your country.

5. Delivery and access

After a successful payment you will be redirected to a success page with a link to your materials. If you do not receive access within one hour of a successful payment, please contact info@build-forge.org.

6. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not share, resell or republish the materials.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and materials are provided "as is". BuildForge makes no warranty that any specific business or financial result will be achieved. Any outcomes depend on your actions and circumstances.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that purchase.
