1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how BuildForge ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit build-forge.org or purchase our products through our storefront on whop.com.

2. Data we collect

Order data (from whop.com): receipt id, product id, customer email, order amount, currency, country and timestamp.
Support data: messages you send by email.
Technical data: IP address, user-agent, referrer and basic request logs for security.

We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes or full banking details. Those are handled entirely by whop.com.

3. How we use data

process orders and deliver access to purchased materials;
send transactional email such as receipts and delivery links;
provide customer support and handle refund requests;
detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the store (whop.com, hosting/database provider, transactional email provider). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep order records for up to seven (7) years after the order date for tax and accounting purposes.
