Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how BuildForge handles refund requests for digital products sold through our storefront on whop.com.
2. Our approach
If a customer, bank or merchant partner raises a concern about a transaction, our default position is to work with them constructively. In most cases we would rather refund than dispute.
3. When you can request a refund
- Your payment was charged but access was not delivered.
- The product materially differs from its description.
- You were charged more than once due to a technical error.
- The purchase was made without your authorization.
- You changed your mind and have not made substantial use of the materials.
4. How to request
Open your Whop order at whop.com/orders and use the "Contact seller" / "Request refund" option. Or email us at info@build-forge.org.
5. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are processed by whop.com. Card payments typically take 5–10 business days.
